With over 12 years experience as a marriage and family therapist, and as a graduate of Univeristy of Pheonix specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Family Systems, Solution Focused Brief Therapy(SFBT). She is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients.
Perla is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complimentary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
