My goal is to make a significant difference with clients and their growth potential. I specialize in Dual Diagnosis, Trauma resolution, Domestic violence prevention, chemical dependency, eating disorders, young adult treatment and healing toxic relationships. Perla Ray is an MFT working with individual, couples and family therapy and specializing in Dual Diagnosis, Trauma resolution, Domestic violence prevention, chemical dependency, eating disorders, young adult treatment and healing toxic relationships and maintains a private practice in Palm Desert CA.

With over 12 years experience as a marriage and family therapist, and as a graduate of Univeristy of Pheonix specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), Family Systems, Solution Focused Brief Therapy(SFBT).  She is currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. 

Perla is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complimentary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
